Question First build. Can't install Win10, constantly gets stuck on MSI Pro logo.

Having a nightmare of a time on my first build and now I can't even install Windows 10. Tried everything and it either gets stuck at 73% installing and the screen freezes or it freezes at the MSI screen. Tried resetting bios to default, tried making a new USB windows 10 install, tried flashing the bios. Nothing works and now even my restart button on my rig doesn't work. Last ditch effort was to connect my HDD with Win 7 on my old rig and boot that, didn't work either. Contemplating returning everything and getting a prebuilt or bringing it to a PC shop but don't want to void any warranties. At my wits end here. Motherboard is MSI B550 A-Pro.

Would probably help to know a detailed list (Manufacturer and model number) of all of your components.
