I think this works pretty good but am unsure if there is a better way to go.
There will be some rendering, the 3.1 usb is for transferring large files.
The SDD is for the OS, please tell me what you think .

Intel Core i7-5820K
Corsair H60
MSI X99A SLI PLUS ATX LGA2011-3
Corsair Vengeance LPX 64GB (8 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Samsung 950 PRO 512GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
Western Digital BLACK SERIES 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
PNY Quadro K1200 4GB Video Card
Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case
Corsair RMx 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Full (32/64-bit)

My other thought was this.I kinda like the Gigabyte board better but I don't know if there is that much of a difference, also this memory is not as fast.

Thanks for the reply my concern is the motherboards, Not sure which is better or if it just preference . I need the 3.1 usb and the SSD with PCIe speed whether through M.2 or PCIe slot makes no difference ,at least I do not think it does. The other concern was the memory so many people use the faster speed then back it down to 2133 not sure why or if it helps. I will make sure to use the corsair RMx 650, and yes I need the pro version , Mastercam does not like the home version plus I get a licence. While I am here is there a difference between the 2 SSD drives, kinda like the Samsung ,but Intel has a good rep, except it is smaller. They both should be the same speed right. Budget is to try to keep it under 3k.
This is really my first build without help.I think I am on the right track. I ruled out Asrock due to it's type of 3.1 USB , and Asus had too many bells.

Samsung would be my pick. It is a very fast drive. You have the budget, for a much better GPU, though.
