Solution
Here is the list with a better motherboard with a nice deal on at the moment and also a quieter GPU.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($234.66 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($24.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($113.70 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($72.00 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($53.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 280X 3GB TWIN FROZR Video Card...
Sure thing, but we need to know a few things.
Are you wanting to overclock?
Does the budget include OS, monitor, KB or mouse?
Where are you located? Do you have any preferred vendors or brands/parts?
Is just for gaming or will you be doing any HD editing or rendering?

This is an ITX option. If you don't literally need wifi built into the motherboard, a PCI wifi card would also work with a larger motherboard.
Tbh, I built it small because I like SFF PCs. If you just want a more conventional large PC, I'm sure someone else will suggest another option. The price includes the OS. Left some room in the budget for mouse and keyboard, if you don't already have those (many people do...).

This is an overclockable build using the cheapest vendor for each part but I can put it together from only amazon if you'd prefer.
