Solution
@JP_Spartan26. Since you are going with the build that I suggested then should you not select my Answer as the best Answer?

I have no problem for the best answer thing and all that, but I just do not like someone recommending Corsair 200R. Let alone that be selected as the solution all together
Some case suggestions would be :

1. Bitfenix Shinobi
2. Corsair 500R
3. Fractal Design Arc Midi 2
4. Fractal Design Define R4 (the best among these.)

Anyways there is nothing wrong with the Asus version of the 760. It is one of the best with non-reference PCB, Cooler and almost everything. It is one hell of a card. So I would suggest stick with the Asus Direct CU II card. It is the best 760 in my opinion, better than Gigabyte Windforce, better than MSI Twinfrozer, etc.

There is literally nothing wrong with Asus card. Infact it is one of the best 760.

Also what is your budget in Australian Dollars for the whole build. Also would you need an OS included in that budget?

Just the computer in total (Keeping in mind around $80 for a case) my total comes to $1250
I'd like to reduce this IF POSSIBLE but otherwise i don't really have room to spend any more than what i have now.

Is there anything i should change i relation to my CPU or Motherboard? Im worried the CPU will be out of date relatively soon.

Okay thanks heaps for your help everyone, I think ill probably go with the Corsair Carbide 200r as it is relatively cheap, has easy installation and comes with 2 fans :) thanks for your help with my other parts also.

I did not reduced the price but I upped the specs quite a bit for the same price.

+ 7970 is way better than the 760, really no doubt on that.
+ Bitfenix Shinobi Window is a great case for the price. I cannot find any case better below 100 dollars.
+ OCZ Fatal1ty is a very high quality PSU, no compromises here.

I hope this helps. If you want to save money, then drop down to a 7950 or a 760. They perform similar in performance but the 7970 is much better in comparision. The 7970 is comparable to Nvidia 770.

I do not recommend the Corsair 200R. It has HDD overheating issues which might make the HDD die out soon. Hence I would not take a risk with that case at all.

This is what Anandtech's review says :

Unfortunately things start to fall apart when we get to the drive cage. I hate to nitpick on a single issue like this, but the pursuit of a toolless design has resulted in what could conceivably become a serious hot spot. We're talking about an SSD reaching temperatures of close to 40C in a mid tower; that's within spec, but what happens when you start adding more drives? The cage traps heat, is staggeringly difficult to use, and is even actually a little fragile.

Hence go with the Bitfenix Shinobi Window and hence the build that I suggested.
