First build help:Computer shuts off immediatly.

The computer powers on for a second and all fans (including cpu and psu fan) spin once before turning back off. The build was working fine for 3 weeks so I'm sure everything was connected properly. Does this sound like a bad motherboard or power supply? -thanks

The case is a coolermaster storm scout 2 and the cpu fan is stock. The cpu is a 4670k with no overclock.

The only fans used are the ones that came with the case. The computer stops before even posting. The fans all rev once and then everything stops.

Ram: Gskill ripjaws 16gb @1600mhz
Gpu:Gigabyte 760
Power supply:850w coolermaster silent pro M
