I need help with my first build project. With only 800 dollars to spend, I already have a Corsair Air 540, two 32 inch LED TVs that have HDMI inputs, and Windows 8.1. I need a computer for Home entertainment and school work. Over clocking is something new that I would like to try. I have done a lot of research and I think Intel is my best choice. I like Asus motherboards for the overall ratings. What design options do I have? My budget is a little flexible to get a better system. Any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
UPDATE: my budget is now 1300 dollars. I would like to liquid cool if it will help with noise. I am buying the parts this weekend!

Now, I know you would prefer intel, but here's a good AMD build for your needs(editing & overclocking).

FX 8320
Asus M5A97 Evo R2.0
Noctua Nh u12s/u14s - With either of these coolers you can easily get to 4.4~4.6Ghz depending on your chip & ambient temps.
RipjawsX 8gb 1600Mhz
MSI R9 270x gaming 2gb
Rosewill CAPSTONE-550 550W

The total come to around $700.
