Hey guys, I'm fairly new to the world of PC building and I want to make sure I'm getting my money's worth. I have done quite a bit of research and I'm going for a white/black theme. I'm going for gaming, I do nothing related to editing, hence the i5. Here's a link to my pc partpicker http://pcpartpicker.com/p/9n7DXL. Any responses are appreciated, take care.

I would avoid the NZXT Hale V2. It's a low end Sirtec built model and nothing good ever came out of a low end Sirtec. Even the higher end SuperFlower and Seasonic built NZXT units seem to under perform compared to similar models from other companies.

Your choices are very limited for a white power supply. There are various PC Power and Cooling Silencer MK III units and the Seasonic Snow Silent 1050w but that's insane overkill even for 3 way GTX 980 Sli.

You would be much better off if you could go with a black power supply. Many more excellent choices.

Altered your build a little. If black/white theme then the Asus Sabertooth Mark S is the way to go. Changed the liquidcooling to a Cryorig H7, a black/white air cooler. Videocard is the GALAX 980 HOF, sexy as hell and i think would be better since SLI sometimes has issues. PSU is the Seasonic 650W, would be enough if you overclock, also white.

Not really a fan of the camo theme on the board, also why switch from water cooling to fans? I don't see a point in that, just covers up the motherboard more.

Thanks for the reply about the motherboard, I've been doing a bit of research and I'm going to have to embark on looking for another white motherboard. As for the cooler, I've heard for personal friends that the h100i is the way to go for watercooling. Thanks for looking out for a new guy. :)
