First build looking for a monitor

Hello, I'm building my first pc, for the most part I have the internals of the rig picked out. The last thing for me to do is find a monitor. I've been having trouble sorting through the endless lists of gaming monitors to buy. I was hoping someone could recommend me a monitor to check out based on my wants which are as follows:
144hz
1440p
27"
G Synch
IPS
I'm looking to spend around 550-700$ Thank you for any help!
