[SOLVED] First build, need advice

So this is the build I'm looking at getting. I know it hasn't got a GPU on it yet as i cant find the one I'm going to be using its a radeon r9 360 2GB, (a friend is giving it to me until i can afford a decent one, this should fit/run with this build?) With that in mind I am looking for advice on a GPU, I know this isn't the place I want to cut corners on so I don't mind spending a bit more on this, £180-£240. Ideally 1060 6gb+, I have had a few friends say to stay away from radeon as they dont get on with the software, (guess i'll be able to test for my self in the meantime). The motherboard I'm unsure on as im tempted to get the MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX instead as It's 3rd gen ready but it a a bit more expensive and as far as I'm aware I will be able to update the BIOS on this one? I don't have access to an older CPU though is that an issue or can i not upgrade the BIOS via a flash drive?(any advice/info on this would be greatly appreciated). Everything i've picked has been with budget in mind, whilst wanting to build a system that will last me a few years without having to upgrade everything in one chunk. Is there anything with this build where I need to upgrade/improve or where I can cut cost on something to allow improvement elsewhere.

Solution
you MUST use a compatible CPU to perform an BIOS update. if you do not have access to one I suggest getting the board that is matisse ready. a few more bucks for one less major headache.

my suggestion for you consideration only

larger SSD, better quality PSU, more cores/threads, no motherboard BIOS issues

The motherboard you paired the 3600 with doesn't support bios updating without a compatable CPU.
The normal B450 tomahawk or B450 gaming plus can have the bios updated without an older CPU.

I do prefer Geforce experience over AMD relive, but AMDs software does offer a lot of features as well.

The master watt 550 isn't great. I'd pick a better quality PSU.

Also, the 570 or 1060 would be a good pairing, although you may be able to get a better GPU in the budget.

It's similar but different than R_1's build (I kept your case).

Improved the power supply and added that GPU. I'm happy enough with the SSD being 240GB for now as that's something i can look at upgrading in the future. Decided I'll bite the bullet and go for the Tomahawk MAX, whenever it comes back in stock, both of you mentioned that mobo isn't compatible. Would it be worthwhile going for a X470? or is the B450 sufficient?
Amazon uk is fine for me as I'm UK based
Thank you for your input.

Is there much difference between the ryzen 7 2700 to the 5 3600?
In all honesty not set on that case but something along those lines. Need those RBG's XD not the point i know performance over visuals but always nice to look at.
