[SOLVED] First build not booting

So this is my first build. It’s a budget build around $650. Pretty certain I did most things correctly, but it won’t boot up. My ram rgb lights are running but my ryzen 5 3400g fans won’t run and it is not sending a signal to monitor. I tried plugging my phone into motherboard USB and it will not charge. Confusing. Anything will help.

If you are sure it's all connected and assembled properly, that MB may not have BIOS compatible with that CPU. According to https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-A320M-S2H-rev-1x/support#support-cpu it should have at least F40 BIOS version.
