First build problemo: Black screen upon booting (nothing)

Hiya all, so when I finished my build, I went to switch it on, but, with HDMI connected to the GPU and RAM in specified slot, I got a black screen, however, all the fans were running, including the CPU and GPU fan. So I checked the EZ debug, and, both CPU and RAM lights are solid red. I left the system to initialise for 5 minutes, but, still, both LEDS had stayed put. For some reason, I decided to disconnect the CPU power from the motherboard, and booted it up. This time, however, only the light for the CPU came on, and the RAM light never came on.

So, I am coming to some conclusions. Either;
The CPU is DOA
The RAM is DOA
The motherboard is DOA
The BIOS needs to be flashed
However I highly doubt that it is the BIOS as I looked at the serial number and it said xxx201711xxx, of which I presume is a manufactured date of November 2017. If it does need to be flashed, then I would need to RMA it as I have no spare CPU that would be compatible. Thanks in advance for any answers that may help!

It's probably not BIOS, very unlikely it to be the CPU (unless you have bent pins upon installing), try putting the RAM in another slot, check to see if everything is seated correctly (most importantly CPU power).

I have tried all that, and I haven’t bent the CPU pins, I’m just confused as to what has happened
