I think you should get an aftermarket heatsink, better memory such as Corsair Vengance 2x4gb 1600 MHz, and maybe a better HDD, like a WD Caviar Black or an SSD.

I would swap the memory from 1333 to 1600. Other than that I think the build looks great.

Maybe save some money on the case, unless you really like the look of it. You could get a cheaper one for maybe $50 or so and then spend that extra on getting a CPU cooler (if you're wanting to oc), or splurge another $50 or so and get a gtx770. But that's all superfluous.
