First Build- Stuck on Windows 10 Logo

Hello! I recently finished building my new PC and tried to install Windows 10 (64-bit) it via USB and it just gets stuck on the Windows logo with a ll black background. I have updated the bios, tried different USB sticks, and tried individual ram sticks but nothing I have tried has worked. Here are my specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 1600
Motherboard: AsRock b350 Pro4 MAtx
Memory: Hyperx (2x8gb) DDR4 2400
Storage:Cruical M.2 525gb
Video Card: Powercolor Red Dragon rx 580 8gb

Been trying to find a solution on the forum and have tried a lot of things with no luck so far. Just want the pc to work. Any suggestions welcome!

Is the RAM on the boards QVL ? is it compatible and named to be?

Or just tell me the part number and I'll cross reference it.

I was hoping for a RAM model like this example HX424C15FBK2/16

Oh gotcha. The model number is HX424C15FB2K2/16

Well that search turned up a bag of mixed results.

The QVL does not list the memory as being compatible

But Kingston says it's OK for AM4

I would try ; booting with one stick of RAM and updating the BIOS before installing Windows.
