I play mainly games like Overwatch, tf2, Paladins..etc. I would like to record and maybe stream with this build. I don't really mind playing on low settings as long as it is not too low to be unplayable. I would like to also be able to play new games on low-med settings.

CPU: I5-8400
Graphics: ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 3 gb ggdr5
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4 2666MHz C16
Motherboard: Gigabyte B360M D3H

I don't have a lot of budget left for Case, PSU and HDD. So some good suggestion are needed here.

What is your budget?

If you are wanting to stream I would look at the 2600. Gaming performance will be very similar to the 8400 but the extra threads will allow you to stream much better. You are getting a dual channel memory system, therefore you should get 2 sticks of RAM. I went with a 580 as it was very close in price to the 1060 3gb but a better performer.
