Your mobo should come with 2 sata cables, my extreme 4 did. Everything there will work fine. You might want to get an i5-3470 instead and drop the gpu. You could just use the Intel HD graphics. It would save you a couple bucks.

Get 2 x 4GB RAM instead of 2 x 2GB RAM but otherwise everything looks good to me.
