First DIY Build Compatibility: High End Graphics Computer

I am trying to build a higher-end graphics/3D animation/editing computer, and I wanted help verifying my build components.

Components:

I'm building with the idea of upgrading in the future:
Second Graphics Card
Additional 32GB RAM

I don't plan on Over-Clocking, and I hope to run windows 7 unless I have trouble buying the OS.

Although I have tried to answer these questions myself,
Is the power supply correct for the build and suggested upgrades?
Am I missing any components?
Will I need additional cooling methods?

For editing, that graphics card seems a little overkill, you might want to bump up the ram though. And that power supply will work fine, but if you want to run 2 780's I would suggest a 1000 watt.

And I used the term "graphics/editing computer" as a general example, but I will be using GPU heavy 3D animation applications as well.

Okay, 1 thing is AMD is coming out with the R9 290 in a couple weeks (already out but aftermarket isn't) and it's comparable to the 780 but $100 less, so might wanna wait for that.

I hadn't heard of the AMD R9 290 before.
After doing some research, the price drop is appealing especially with the tech specs, but it appears that the R9 290 has some cooling issues when it ramps up. I'll have to keep an eye on this though,

The aftermarket coolers (ASUS Gigabyte etc.) I hear will fix the heat issue.
