Question First ever CPU-switch, what should I do? (Send me tips, videos, crucial parts, etc)

Basically the title. I'll be performing a CPU switch and I have to update my bios too. Considering this, I will also perform a reinstallation of Windows, if anyone could provide me a set-by-set or a good video, I'd be thankful. I'm a bit scared of messing up my motherboard and damaging the CPU.
