First ever gaming PC

I have made a few builds and would like to see which people think is the best:

Thanks to anyone thats posts! I will be happy to hear any new ideas/ changes made to these.

By the way, i am making this computer to make a youtube channel on gaming, so i will need to be able to record games.

Depends what you want to do. For video editing/streaming the 4th one would be the best one, since it's got an i7 which has multi/hyper threading (16 GB RAM are also helpful for that). Although, if it's just for gaming and uploading to YouTube, I'd go with the second one. Personally, I would actually take this build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/KkbC99

I've heard that the cooler and the motherboard are much better. Even still, the second one seems to be what you need. Unless you video edit, the i7 will not be any more useful than the i5 4690K (the only difference between the two is multithreading and hyperthreading, which games don't benefit from /with very, very few exceptions like for example Crysis 3, which is extremely optimised/ ).
I have to go for the 4. build because of the i7- 4790K. This cpu kills the i5 in performance. The cpu cooler is good even with a mild overclock. Also i like the gtx 970. It's the best card on the market Price/performance wise.
