Hi, I am an aspiring 3D animator where I can make my short movie animations but the problem is I don't have any knowledge in hardware or even PC building. Can anyone help me make decision for the PC I need to build so I can do self-studies and start doing 3D animations. What I use now is my 5 years old Asus laptop which cannot handle latest softwares especially MAYA. Oh right, I also wanna add I play games but that is not my priority for building this PC, so yeah.

I will list here the applications/softwares I will use:
Maya / After Effects / Premiere / Photoshop / Zbrush / Houdini (maybe?)

I live here in Philippines and I have a 1000$ for budget, never mind the keyboard and mouse to the list. Thank you in advance!

May I ask why is the GPU not included in the list? Sorry I'm really not well-versed with this topic >.<
