first gaming build

Solution
Stock cooler wont burn your processor, it will keep it in perfectly fine temps. If it didn't, Intel wouldn't risk selling stock coolers to begin with. It can even handle overclocks but it's made to be cheaper and efficient, not to handle huge temp increases and since you won't overclock, there is no point in getting an aftermarket cooler. My suggestion was the r9 380 because its similar in price to the gtx 960, but if you can afford the 970 then get it. The 970 is a huge leap from the 960, same goes for 280x, and the 970 requires less power and runes cooler.
Looks good besides the gtx 960. You picked a good PSU that could easily handle a gtx 970 or a r9 380x which are by far better options than the 960(especially the 2gb version). If you are on a budget go with the r9 380 (4gb) or the r9 280x. Both of them are at the same price range and perform better.

Heyyyy I'll take your suggestion of getting rid of the 960 but should I get a ZOTAC 970 or a SAPPHIRE TRI-X R9 280X? and just to be clear, using a stock cooler for my build won't burn my processor right? i'm just paranoid this is my first build hahaha

Solution

R9 390 > GTX 970

but then again if you're saving money just get the gtx 960 or amd r9 380x since you're mainly playing only cs:go and Moba's :) more than enough

That seasonic PSU is not bad at all. With that build a quality 500w+ PSU is enough but you can get a bigger one for the future. Always go with EVGA, XFX or Seasonic PSU's.

Zotac cards are good for the price, Sure there are better overclocking cards for a higher price out there but it does the job just fine. (Great brand for the prices they offer IMHO)

And where did you get the idea that the Seasonic 620W is bad? It's one of the best supplies you can get for its price range.
