1) is every component compatible ?
2) is there any bottleneck ?
3) do i need any BIOS update (on pcpartpicker i get compatibility warrning "Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs.")?

1) Yes
2) in terms of CPU/GPU ratio, no - it is a good balance. Your only "bottleneck", so to say, will be games which prefer fast single-thread performance to a sheer number of cores. But framerates will still be decent.
3) likely no, especially not if you are buying a new board. New ones should come with latest BIOS.

As a sidenote, invest slightly more in a better PSU. Not that the current one is weak, but has cheap capacitors. More quality cannot hurt and will last longer. Also, it will enable better upgrades in the future.

At a slight markup, you get a better processor (arguably) with an easy way to upgrade to a MUCH better one (up to i7) and a superior GFX card (more important in games) with higher Vram.

thanks for ur help but xfx is not available in my country(India) so please suggest any psu from amazon.in snapdeal.com or flipkart.com

it is very tough decision for me, i know intel is better in single thread performance but people say that new games require more cores and also i think after OC fx can beat i3 !
