First Gaming computer build

Looking to use it for photography as well as casual gaming
Games i'd like to run on pretty high if not maxed diffaculty are
Path of exile
Diablo 3 ROS
Starcraft LOTV
maybe battlefield 4
Would like to run them at best i could for the lowest price possible
hoping not to pass 700$ but im open to any builds that you guys have
If there are any youtube videos i could follow if you could link it would be great.

HP Pavilion p7-1254 Desktop PC (AMD A6-3620 Quad-Core CPU, 8GB Memory, 1TB Hard Drive, Radeon HD 6530D graphics,
i need something to blow this out of the water i spent 700$ on it awhile ago.
looking for build or pre built
