Hi, this is my first gaming pc build. I can't seem to find the right build and wanted some professional help (or at least experienced) and I'm looking for a good budget build. My budget is 600 - 750 and I'm also trying to steer clear of amd as much as possible. So a Intel build would be great. I'm not looking for something amazing. Just enough to get at least 720p at 50 - 60 fps. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I also want windows 8.1
