First Gaming PC on a budget (coming from console)

I really want to play games on PC (such as CS:GO, DayZ) and other triple A games such as GTA V ,BF4 and BF Hardline and i want to know if this pc will be able be able to achieve this? Ultra on 60 FPS? You'll need a 280x for that. Not much more expensive though. Good overall build!
