All,

This will be my first high-end gaming build since 2013. I am looking to stay with Intel and nVidia, as I have for quite some time. Budget isn't a problem, so if there is something I'm missing, please let me know. I'll be playing Overwatch, WoW, and others. I usually moderately overclock my system, but strive for stability. System memory and case are things I can really use help with, as I've been out of the loop since my build in 2013 re: design and reliability. Also, I'm an air cooler kind of guy. Feel free to nitpick! Thanks!

Saved some money, and then took some of that savings for a 1tb SSD. Games are starting to get huge, and you are going to want to play them off your SSD. If you feel you won't need it, then you can pocket that money towards something else.

Made a few adjustments, the PSU you had was overkill so I replaced it with a Seasonic Prime Ultra Titanium 750W and changed to faster ram with better timings.

What monitor you using? I guess if budget is no obstacle you might as well get a 1080 Ti but if your monitor is not 4K a 1070 would be fine for playing those games on an HD or even QHD monitor.

A word on RAM and your CPU cooler. RAM choice can make using that cooler a bit tricky. The NH-D15 has a 32mm RAM clearance with it's outside fan at stock height, and it will overhang past the 2nd RAM slot. If you go with the Corsair LPX you won't need to worry, as it has a height of 31mm. However if you go with the Ripjaws as jankerson suggested you'll need to raise the outside fan 10mm to account for the RAMs 42mm height. Not the biggest issue in the world since even at 175mm your case can still support it, but it means you wont be getting full airflow through the cooler. On an aesthetics level, the cooler may look a bit lopsided through the window of your case. As someone who's dealt with this nonsense directly, if you like that cooler, I'd really suggest going with low profile RAM like the LPX and make your life easy.

*Edit. If you're heart is set on a Noctua I'd also suggest looking at the NH-D15S. It's a similar tower design but with only one fan internally so there's no RAM height clearance issues. It's only a couple do degrees off from the NH-D15 and you won't have to deal with it limiting your RAM choices.
