The large grids makes it clearly a successor to the current HTC models (One serie), but on the other hand, it looks so iPhone like... strange... It would look much better in dark colours ... indeed lassik !!!

If the two similarly shaped grids are there because it can play sound in Stereo, that would be nice. I've read also somewhere else that this phone will feature an IR port to act as an universal remote controller. If it's powerfull enough to be usable in real life, it's a smart move from HTC IMHO
I liked those remote control softwares on the old Palm model, but as it was designed for data transmission, it lacked range (unless you added some accessories to the palm to boost the signal)
