depends on what you mainly want the computer for.

if you want streaming/making 3d model AMD is typically on better end for those.

Gaming is typically favored to intel (game by game as some do run better with amd like doom)
 

In addition to what @hotaru251 said, if you need better PCIe connectivity, ECC memory, or lots of RAM (more than 64 GB, I think), those are more reasons to go with TR.
