Oh and as for the GPU you picked, the 4GB card doesn't make much sense. Getting an R9 280 would give you a lot better FPS.

I honestly don't even suggest getting a new computer if you are going to be needing OS too. Just buy a used computer or something and upgrade it.


If you tell me what city you live in I could probably help you find one on craigslist.

 
I agree with what's posted above. If you need an IS too then don't build a new pc from ground up. Search sites and craigslist who knows maybe you can five a decent priced computer that is already built / been used then from there upgrade what's needed and who knows you can be two steps a head.
 


It's always possible the card of cpu etc... won't last long.
