Main use for the rig : Gaming
I will probably be building it this week or the next.
My questions:
1: Is the Kingston SSD really worth it?
2: Which display type is the best for this rig, DVi-D, HDMI, DVI-I or VGA?
3: I will keep the stock fan for a while, will it keep the rig cool enough?
4: Should I replace windows 8.1 with Windows 7?
5: Is a mechanical keyboard really that good?
I will also format an old 750gb 5400rpm drive and may just add it in. Also if I like the SSD performance I may upgrade to a 120gb one.

Games I may play on this rig: Titanfall, Battlefield4, GTA IV, Minecraft(Shader pack), Project CARS (when it realises)

1) Yes. ssd's are lightning fast and the main upgrade a casual user of a computer can really 'feel'
2) Dvi-D, although it doesn't matter too too much.
3) Certainly, that's why it's there! So long as you don't overclock, the stock fans are pretty much covered by the warranty
4)Windows 7 is my personal favourite. However that's for you to decide.
5) Not really. I've always preferred keyboards with thin keys and membranes. However if you are a professional gamer (as in get paid for gaming) It can increase the reaction time a TINY bit. But comfort will do that much more anyhow.

1. with $10 more you can get samsung evo 120gb also 60gbs are not gonna enough
2. HDMI
3.as long as airflow is not blocked by any cables
4. 8.1 on sdd will boot much faster than window 7

1) No. Get a 120GB SSD instead. The V300 is low end, look M500 instead.
2) Use DVI unless you need audio through your monitor.
3) Yes. But you should overclock for fun.
4) Choose whichever you like. I chose 7 cuz I hated 8. But 8.1 should be better.
5) yes. but you don't have to do it right away. I upgraded 6 months after. I love the speed but my gf hates typing on it.

Advice. Get a 780 instead. Also the Corsair RM isn't very good. Look for other options. Also, that RAM seems way overpriced.

Any ways @dandn0ten I actually live in Pakistan but for some reason pcpartpicker decided to access it's Canadian servers. The 120gb is about 40$ more then the 60gb one.
@envy14tpe can't find the m500 here, GeForce 780 costs 650$ here 🙁 , also apart from corsair we have xigmatek and Coolermaster here, Which one would you recommend, I will buy a corsair h55 for overclocking later down the road

Because you are buying local I'd suggest not listing prices and just components. Then we can comment and make suggestions. Most markets, price is a key factor but when choices are limited then you need to be more open.
