I really enjoy gaming and I have always been a console (PS2,3,4) guy. However, PC games seem to be a better answer for me right now. I'm tired of lag, slow render, always having to upgrade, and not having enough hard drive space. I'm into: Battlefield, Cod, Fortnite, and RB6. I would like to get into Realm Royale  I am willing to accept constructive criticism too, currently typing on a old all-in-one unit that I bought back in 2013. It has a hot key for beats audio, so I am due for an upgrade anyway. If anything in the list jumps out at you at being inherently wrong, please feel free to BASH it... as I did not make the list.

If I were going to build a new system and had $2k to put into it, I sure as heck wouldn't settle on just a GTX 1060. Not to mention that Samsung monitor is a 'Freesync' so you'd need an AMD video card for that. You should then get the RX 580 8GB model(or a Vega if possible).

i'm going to comment on the overall decisions, let me know which country you are buying from so that i can give a more accurate number,
for now, i'm going to assume that you are from the U.S.

right now, you only have 20% on graphic card, 60% on system and 20% on monitor
you want start around 40% on graphics card, 40% on system and 20% to boost it's gaming performance. (800,800,400)

i'll start with mobo, cpu, and ram.

1600x and b350-f. good but current the most budget friendly combo for amd is 2600+b350/x470

psu: you can get some 80 gold with that budget

ssd: 500 is excessive, 250 is good enough and you can put budget in other use.

liquid cooler, 1600x has a wall around 3.9-4.1 after that, it's not wroth the effort to break the wall.

gpu, like other suggested, $2000 for a 1060, unacceptable.1060 are used frequently in $1000 dollar build, you will be upset if you spend $2000 only to get

monitor and system doesn't match, your system could not provide acceptable frame rates in 4k.

run out of budget on the case, but the rest of the system should be good.

The combination of the Ryzen 5 2600 & the 1080 Ti should be fine. I went all out and have the Ryzen 7 2700x & the 1080 Ti on my most recent build. Was playing 'Rainbow Six Siege' the other day. Playing at 1440p, have anistropic set to 16x & everything set to 'highest/ultra'. Opened up 'Task manager' for the heck of it and noticed my CPU usage stayed around 15% and GPU usage was around 40%.
