First PC Build, No HDMI signal and can't connect any devices eg. mice, keyboards

HI guys, I'm really stuck here. I though I was done building my pc but when I turned it on I got a no signal from my monitor. There is a red led on my motherboard as well.

Specs:
2x8 of corsair vengence ram ( I tried removing, swapping etc)
Intel Core 15 6600k
Msi z170I Gaming pro ac
650 watt evga supernova (80+)
Cooler master hyper 212x

So thats the problem, fans spin but I have a red led and no signal
Any form of help would be hugley appreciated.
Ps: Im using intergrated graphics at the moment while I save up for graphics card, so hdmi is really my only option rn

Which of the three DEBUG LEDs lit up? CPU, DRAM or VGA?

Btw, HDMI port usually doesn't work until you've installed MoBo/GPU drivers. Since your MoBo also has Display Port connector, you're not stuck using only HDMI connector.

The led says that the ram is the problem, how can I tell if its the ram or dimm slots?

DRAM debug LED indicates that RAM is not detected or is faulty.

Best way to test if it's the RAM, put the RAM into 2nd PC and look if the RAM works there. Best way to test if the RAM slots are working is to take 2nd set of DDR4 RAM (e.g from 2nd PC) and test each RAM slot one at a time.

If you don't have spare PC and/or spare RAM to test, take both sticks and mark on paper as stick #1 and stick #2. Now, take stick #1 and put it to 1st RAM slot, leaving 2nd slot empty. Boot up and look the MoBo debug LED. If you get DRAM lit up, shut PC down and mark results on paper. Repeat the process with all RAM slots. It looks like this:
Stick #1 in 2nd RAM slot, 1st slot empty. Boot up. Mark results on paper.

After you're done with stick #1, take stick #2 and repeat the process,
Stick #2 in 1st RAM slot, 2nd slot empty. Boot up. Mark results on paper.
Stick #2 in 2nd RAM slot, 1st slot empty. Boot up. Mark results on paper.

It's tedious thing to do but it's the only way to test RAM sticks and RAM slots.
Also, it's easier to do it when you breadboard your MoBo. Breadboarding is a technique where you take your MoBo outside of your case and sit it on top of any cardboard box.

Ok, so I have tried each ram stick in each slot and I still have the red led. I have another home pc, but I don't think it has ddr4 ram so that might not be helpful. I haven't tried bread boarding yet, but before I do, I would like to know what I would do next if it booted up ok outside the case. Also do you think I should attempt to clean the sticks and the dimm slots. The serial number is CMK16X4M2A2400C16R. If all else fails should I try refunding the motherboard or ram?

The RAM you have isn't listed in your MoBo's memory support list though. But before refunding your RAM, do try breadboarding to see if your system boots up or not.

Looking other steps can also be helpful.

If it doesn't boot up, then i think the RAM (which may run perfectly in other MoBo) is the reason behind it. At this point, refund your RAM and get a new RAM that is listed in MoBo's memory support list. E.g CMK16GX4M2A2666C16.
