Is this a good build? The budget is maxed and the operating system can be downloaded USB and then get a key... is it all compatable? And will it perform well? ... Sorry if this post is un-organized.

What is the build for? if your gaming i'd say simply half your ram for extra cash and get a ssd for your ram cost and make your loading screens atleast 9x quicker
