Firstly - Hello! I've been using these forums for years for help, but only made my account today. :)

So, I'm 18 years old and I've been wanting a PC for roughly 4-5 years now. I run and work on various gaming server in my free time, and I'm finishing high school and plan to go to college soon after. Any source of income I have is low and very limited due to having to purchase more important things (such as a vehicle). So, I came up with a build that I'd like to start working on and building over time. I intend to buy it piece by piece over time when I get the spare money (Looking to finish this by early 2018 at the latest, if I'm able).

So, here's the build I made: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mndRM8

I'm just asking for opinions or edits on it. Here's a few things I'll be using this PC for:
- Lots of gaming! I would like this to run heavy and tough games completely maxed out without issue (60+FPS).
- Multitasking. Very frequently, due to server work, I need to have 10-15 chrome tabs up while uploading large files on FTP, all while on the game server.
- Quiet! I share a house with 5 other people and due to work schedules, someone is almost always asleep nearby.

I plan to put the OS on the SSD, and the rest on a hybrid drive. I don't intend to overclock on this build, and I will be running games at 1080p. I selected the unlocked processor because it seems to have much more power from the get-go vs the non-unlocked model.

I am by no means a computer expert, but I put this together and ran it through some friends and they all seemed to like it. Since I have time before I'll be purchasing even the first part ( I intend to buy the case within 2 weeks ), I figured I'd ask here. Either way thank you for your time. :)

Note: Unsure if it matters or not, but I'm located in the US with no PC shops near me. I'll have to order all online.

EDIT: Updated build with suggestions. Link is above!

Well, it's not good. You got 3000MHz RAM and mobo that can run only 2133MHz RAM. You got K-series CPU and mobo that will not allow overclocking. You could chose mobo that has WiFi on-board (tho maybe not that good).
Other then as above, it's ok :)
