That psu you've chosen isn't going to be enough for that gpu not to mention a 120 AIO is weak to say the least.

If that is the same exact PSU, I would replace it. Those were not very good when they were new. You don't want your fancy new hardware to go up in smoke, by cheaping out on power supply. Frankly you have some overspending in areas. You can have a much nicer system for even less than that.

That cooler should be replaced as should the PSU. That GPU is also massively overpriced at 1600
