I have no experience with building computers and would like help with components from scratch. I want a low end pc that focuses on performance not looks. I like in the UK and want to buy the GPU and CPU second-hand.
Approximate Purchase Date: By the end of this month but can wait longer if I have to
Budget Range: No more than £405 ($550)
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Light gaming, I will not play any AAA games at all. I will be in a slightly cpu intensive programming and video editing environment.
Are you buying a monitor: Yes, I've got a 75hz monitor but don't necessarily need the pc to always hit 75fps.
Do you need to buy OS: No
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: UK sellers are preferable but I will buy the GPU and CPU second probably on eBay.

Parts Preferences: I do not mind, it's being build from scratch so I can take it from there.

I want to buy the GPU and CPU second-hand. I do not care whatsoever about the look of the pc, rgb or any of that stuff, I want to focus on performance as much as possible. I won't be playing any AAA games. I am learning Japanese so many play visual novels (2d games) to immerse in the language, however I will play some 3d games and would like to be able to play any non AAA game at a constant 60fps (hopefully at medium-ish or better settings) comfortability. I'd like 16gb of ram and 256gb of SSD storage, I can buy extra HDD storage later when I can. I will upgrade maybe in about a year.
