Hello everyone out there, after trying so many feasible solutions but in vain; writing the problem here in brief-
I was using my pc with single ram slot, yesterday i just bought a rak and installed it in another slot but the mobo couldn't recognize the ram!
Tried feasible solutions-
  1. Bios reset
  2. Bios update
  3. Switching rams

Point to be noted, my mobo model is gigabyte h110m-ds2v-cf and it's 2nd slot just works with one ram (afaik) whenever i've installed the second ram in the first slot, pc just reboots as indicating that ram slot has some issue!

Two rams bus speed is identical just the newer ones space is 4GB more than the oldest ones!

Any solution regarding this problem?

What happens with old ram in slot 1?
Windows version 32 or 64 bit?
DDR3 or DDR4, what did you have (#'s please) and what did you add?
