first startup getting no beeps no display and vga led constantly red

i just upgraded my mobo to a asus m5a97 evo also a new amd fx processor to fit to go along with my new sapphire dual-x r7 265 gpu i only did this upgrade as my old msi mobo would not detect the graphics card so i rebuilt my pc with these new parts and when i start it up i get no post beeps no display on screen (no signal) and the vga led on my mobo is constantly red i have just purchased this graphics card brand new and this is 2 mobos that it hasn't worked on. Do u think the card is faulty or maybe i have did something wrong with my build i've checked all connectors/psu is 650w more than enough just not getting any display or sound at all but the machine is powering up all the components just fine even the fans on the card are spinning im really stuck here guys any help would be appreciated.

Dont do anything stupid. Plug off the psu connectors from mobo. Get help from experts or hire some one. Dont risk your money...
