First time boot of my FX-8350

Solution

Yeah, that's nothing to worry about, stock cooling is fine if you're not going to push it and don't mind a little noise (many people upgrade cooling just because of the noise).
Yes its a stock cooler when will it start to get Dangerous?

when the core temps get up into the 60's (core, not socket mind you, which is what most monitoring programs report), then you should start to re-think whatever it is you're doing to your poor CPU...this often corresponds to a socket temp of 70ish...so you're a long ways off of that.

Well I am not planning on OC just playing WoW and LoL haha i was just worried when I went into my Bios and saw that it was at 40C x( first time putting a PC together!
