Question First time bootup with new PC - Computer turned off and on - is this normal?

Just wondering - I presume its like a memory cycle or something - first ever bootup on the PC.
It turned itself off and then back on and stayed on.

Yes, very normal. Any significant hardware change or power outage will usually cause this behavior.
