Hello all

This is my first time building a PC. I would like some advice on the below build that I found on reddit.

1. Would this build be good enough to run modern games on medium/high at 1080p?

2. In terms of future proofing is this build relatively easy to upgrade and how long would a build like this last i.e. how long would it stand the test of time?

3. Would it be possible to switch the mobo out for one that has built-in WiFi and Bluetooth.

4. On reddit it said that the memory would need to be overclocked. Is this easy to do and how would I go about doing this?

Solution
will work fine
MB is not very good
1 tb ssd? I will get 500 gb and 1-2 tb hdd
Overclocking ram does not guarantee working and I will not save money for the risk
case is so so, psu is solid but very old design/model
My take for your budget:
