this rig is basically for simple gaming and study purpose.
it is still abit of overbudget
is there suggestion so that i can reduce the cost?
do i need a cooler fan?

Assuming that you dont plan to do any overclocking as you havent chosen an unlocked cpu, stock cooling should work well enough provided you keep optimal airflow.
If you can wait to buy an ssd, i would do just that until you have a bit more money to play with and add it later as its not an essential part of your build.

may i k now what is unlocked cpu?
how do i dffiretiate them?
i dont plan to do any overclocking at this time but i might try it in the future.

with OS and gaming files install on SSD it would somehow boost the startup speed and performance of gaming,aint ?

yea i am building a budget pc so i will not gonna take that z97.

btw, my friend just help me with another rig which replaced the SSD price with a better GPU. the spec as below
Processor : Intel Core i5 4460
Motherboard : Asrock H97M PRO4
RAM : G.Skill AEGIS 1600mhz DDR3 CL11 (2X 4GB)
Graphic Card : Leadtek 960 Reference
HDD : Western Digital Caviar Blue 3.5" SATA 1TB R
Computer case : Cooler Master K350/K380
Power Supply Unit : FSP Hexa+ 550W

any advice would be welcomed

my budget is about $700. thats the reason i chooen leadtek 960 instead of asus strix.
is it advisable to downgrade the MOBO and spend the money on better psu?
