Hi there! I'm thinking of building myself a desktop pc for the first time and after too much time researching I'm stuck between two options:

Option 1
CPU - i5-4670k
MOBO - Asus Z87-PRO
GPU - GeForce GTX 760 OC

Option 2
CPU - i5-3570k
MOBO - Asus P8Z77-V
GPU - GeForce GTX 760 OC

Both with 8GB of RAM (dual - 1600) which I intend to upgrade later.

I need it for gaming, 3D modelling, photoshop & video editing programs mainly, but my budget is not that high. So I intend on investing on the mobo & cpu, so I can upgrade the rest with time later.
My main problem is that pc parts in my country are almost double the price than in the US, and importing is bit troublesome since there are some import duties and taxes that make me save very little, sometimes they even end up being more expensive. Option 2 ends up being $100 cheaper for me.
I know I'm better off with LGA1150 since it replaced the previous gen, but is it worth spending $100 more for that option or can I "survive" a while with previous gen till I upgrade for something better.
That's my main concern, so any advice on that would be nice. I'd also like to know if I could go cheaper on the gpu or if a 760 is a good choice.

Thanks in advance!
