First time build, unsuccessful POST after following most tips on site. Need help.

hey boss,

i have all of my components, rx470 vga, g4400 cpu, asus h110m-a, evga 450, all in rosewill case. first time build. no succsessful post. no sounds from onboard speaker. tried without video card and cdrom. getting power, but no beeps. can power on and off. no display. went through tos post tips, most of them. any ideas? oh and i changed polarity of speaker to make sure it wasnt backward.

totally lost.

also u.sing 1tb hdd and cdrom, tried with one stick ram and cycled through slots with each. tried with hdd and not. same with cdrom.
