First time build

Hello, by the end of this year or early next year I'm going to do my first build. I will be using it mainly for gaming but I'll also use it for Adobe After Effects and other video edting programs. My budget will be around $1,500. Right now I'm considering for gpu a gtx 970 for cpu i7 4790k. What components will you guys add that match my budget?

with such budget you can get dream PC which gonna run all next gen games on ultra few years infront,video editing should be as smooth as ass of a baby too.

I would say go with the 980, they're about 500-600$.
