I think the list above has a lot of merit. With that said, being under budget already go ahead with the non F skew of CPU. The minor price difference now for having integrated graphics as (if nothing else) a troubleshooting tool or fallback is completely worth the extra few bucks.

Looks good.
I might suggest paying $15 more for the non-F version of the processor.
If you should ever have a graphics card problem, integrated graphics can keep you going.

I seem to get the feeling, reading various posts that the 6600XT has some issues, likely driver related, that you might want to check out.

Yes, this GPU will work fine with your current system. No worries there.

Edit: Why are you replacing the card. The 6600XT is far more powerful than the 1660S.
