So I'm looking for help in deciding whether my build is well put together and looking for ways to cut down cost but not performance,

I'm also wondering whether the prices are all right and if there is a chance to reduce the cost to around 1.5k. I'm also wondering what kind of fps I'll be getting when playing games like overwatch in 4k

Solution
parts picker does not have micro center cpu prices any more. if you have one there a lot cheaper then online prices that are posted and they have mb combo deals. on the gpu and build i would wait a few months for all of the aib to drop and stock there new gpu from both amd and nvidia. right now your going to pay out some part of your body for the newest tech as every gamer wants the new cards. also intel has new kurby lake and chipset dropping soon.
Probably doesn't get much cheaper, unless if you could go with a smaller cpu cooler, maybe cut the 1080 to a 1070 instead, if the total price really hurts your situation. Eventually a smaller wattage PSU. You also have the option on downgrading the motherboard a little To something like an MSI Z170-a Pro.
