I am first time pc builder waiting for my monitor to arrive and my pc when I turn it on the fans are running but my ram led it not turning on and the light next to the power button is not lighting up, what do I do ?

These are my specs:
Antec NX200M
Intel i5-12400f
RX 7600
ASRock B660M DDR4
TeamGroup Delta (led) MP44 1TB Gen 4.0 NVME M.2
Seasonic S12||| 500W 80+ Bronze

What you can do now is to check the motherboard manual for RAM population rules, then insert the RAM into the appropriate slot(s).

Then, while you are waiting for the monitor to arrive, try to pick up a $5 motherboard speaker; it'll give you beep codes you can use to diagnose a faulty system. A healthy system will return a single beep.

Can you show a photo of your system with side panel removed?
(upload to imgur.com and post link)

Double check, if front panel connectors are connected properly.
You probably have polarity on power led reversed.

Note - minimum recommended PSU for RX 7600 is 550W.

It seems, backplate of your gpu still have plastic film onto it.
Plastic film has to be peeled off.

Did you try reversing polarity for front panel power led connectors?
