Okay so here's a link to all the components of the pc http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Thunderwalker777/saved/KnHYcf
I'm just in wondering if there's anything I should consider getting that's different from what I currently have while keeping it at the price point it is at. Keep in mind the purpose of this build is primarily gaming at at least 60fps 1080p but will still be used for video editing and rendering for a YouTube account ((hence the name)). After doing some research that is the build I came up with. I'm aware a i7 is better suited for video editing and rendering but I would rather throw the extra $100 at the gpu, again primarily for gaming. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance for your time and advice.

That's an excellent build, and if you have the money, go for it, but you could use an i7 and a few other different parts and still spend less. The case comes with two fans and your adding another 7 which I think is kind of a waste. The 1080 graphics card is going to be overkill, a GTX 1070 would still be more than enough for 60 FPS at 1080p.

I plan on replacing all of the fans rather than go with the stock fans included also in the future I do plan on upgrading to 1440p which the 1080 will be better suited for. So I would rather flush out the extra cash for a 1080 a not have to drop nearly $700 later on down the road because I don't really see that gpu dropping in price for awhile now.
