Well, not really. Im building this setup for gaming, and since i bought my last pc 6 years ago, i really dont know anything about OC. I asked some of my friends who knows a little bit more about cpu's and they told me its better to go with an i5 6600k insted of i7 6600k becouse it would save me like 100e and because i dont need anything stronger cpu for gaming. (Not planing to play on 4K)

Well if you have no plans to OC then you honestly do not need the i5 6600k or the asus z170 board. I mean if you want to dabble into OC your cpu later down the road then keep them but if not I can post a build to fit your needs better. I safely assumed this is in Euro? Also what is your budget?

Im thinking about it this way. I want to buy really good pc now, and later, if i want to OC it, i wanna be able to do so. Becouse once i get this pc, i want to use it for the next 5 years atleast without needing to upgrade cpu,mb or gpu. So i want to have all the best, or near best components inside. My buget is around 1200-1300e.

With a budget that large you could for sure go for a i7 6700k. I mean i7 top notch and you hardly ever have to upgrade i7's. I'm using in my other pc a i7 4790k and I have never had any issues with gaming or performance. But again prices are changing everyday especially with the new 1070/1080 and such. If you want to eventually get into OC on cpu. I can say do some research into this. I again will get a build for you if you want in the 1200-1300 euro range. But with that your showing on your original post there's plenty of room for improvements. Also yes your build is great but if you can go with what you want and go big lol. I would def say go with the 6700k and go with a 1080 over the 1070. Also I can say I would go with the WD Black 1TB over the WD Blue 1TB. Again this is just my opinion.

I started with 1000e buget, and then i leaned that 1070 is 550e insted of 350. With an i7 and gtx1080 my pc would cost more then 1600e and 1200e is already too much for me, but i dont want to get any other card besides 1070.
