First time computer build. Need Help!

Hello everyone. I'm just getting into building computers, and I think I have decided on the parts that I'm going to want:

CPU - Intel i5 2500k
Mobo - Asus P8P67 Pro
Video Card - EVGA GeForce GTX 460 Superclocked EE
PSU - Antec BP 550 (looking for better suggestions)
Case - CM Storm Scout
HDD - WD Caviar Black
Memory - G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB
Asus Black SATA DVD Burner
Am I missing any other parts?

I'm trying to keep the budget around $800 so I can buy software and other things that I need. I'll be using this computer mainly for gaming and some music production, so I'm planning to upgrade the sound card sometime in the future. But basically, what I'm looking for is an easily transportable computer for gaming and music that has potential to be upgraded in the future. I'd appreciate any help since I'm completely new to building computers. Thanks!

The Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB is faster or at least no slower than the WD Black, it's a lot cheaper too. That PSU looks fine in terms of quality but in terms of wattage you only need 450-500W or 650-750W for SLI.

Now do you plan on going SLI later on or a single card set up? You can get a single card board for a lot cheaper.

If you want easily transportable and upgradable pc u sol.
pick either one. Like why_me said u can get single gpu mobo cheaper. And I think that will be ur best bet as u can always put in better gpu later on

Otherwise go for some microATX mobo which will help u fit into smaller case.

Mobo - Gigabyte Z68P DS3 (I cannot find the Asrock Z68 at Central Computers, but if it makes a decent difference, I'll go ahead and get it from newegg. Please let me know!)

With Asrock u can go sli in the future ... but u'll have to change ur PSU and probably case. I would recommend looking for other case.

agreed, save $50.00 by getting a cheaper p67 mobo and put it into your GPU or SSD capacity.

Alright. Any suggestions for a case? (Preferably something with handles or something easily transportable so I can move it from school to home).

Actually that CM Storm Scout is not bad ... kinda expensieve for $70. U can try NZXT Gamma which is smaller case .. have to look into dimensions to figure out if u can fit 2 GPUs if u even planning on doing it or HAF 912 (great case)

HAF 912 IS amazing. Though I think most ppl end up wanting to add more fans to it, since it only includes 2 x 120 but can hold so, so, so many more.
